Loose Boxes & Tack Rooms

The Sparkford Loose Box and ready equipped tack room are built for a lifetime of enduring service. Specification

Wall Panels	75mm x 50mm (3” x 2”) PAR @ 600mm(2’0”) centres Bottom rail tanalised and secured to base with expanding bolts
Cladding	150mm x 19mm (6” x ¾”) horizontal, interlocking and rebated shiplap boarding
Roof Covering	Pitched roof clad with Onduline sheeting(in a choice of 4 colours) laid on 6mm WBP plywood over 125mm x 50mm (5”x 2”)
Canopy	1200mm (4’0”) lined canopy to the front
Rainwater Goods	Gutter and downpipe fitted to canopy
Doors and Frames	Laminated plywood stable doors. Bottom door fully lined with galvanised sheet steel. Top sides of door frame protected by galvanised sheet steel. Anti-horse bolt and kick over latch fitted to the bottom door. Heavy duty hooks and bands. All door fittings are galvanised
Kicking Boards	150mm x 25mm (6” x 1”) timber kicking boards fitted to a height of 1200mm(4’0”) with quartering to prevent casting
Windows	Opening, glazed window, protected internally by 9mm(3/8”) galvanise iron bar grille
Ventilation	Louvred vents fitted to gable ends and a 600mm x 300mm (2’0” x 1’0”) adjustable slide shutter fitted to rear wall giving improved through ventilation
Cover Strips	Cover strips fitted to all panels
Treatment	All timbers will be treated by total immersion in dark brown preservative oil
Stable Fittings	One tie ring, one salt lick holder and one stud card holder
Tack Room Fittings	Window grille, one saddle cleaning rack, one bridle holder and a set of three yard tool holders
