These elegant buildings offer all the advantages of a mobile building including the comfort and warmth of a traditionally constructed building.
All our mobile buildings are individually built to our customers requirements and designed to fully benefit the orientation of the site.
We can offer a timber log cladding or a heat treated timber shiplap cladding to our structural timber frame.

| Suspended Ground Floor | Platform frame construction comprising 38 x 200mm prefabricated double header beams, 38 x 200mm header joists and 47 x 200mm floor joists at 600mm max centres. Covered with 22mm thick moisture resistant chipboard. |
| External Walls | Manufactured in panels 2400mm high using ex 50 x 150mm studs at 600mm max centres and clad with heat treated timber cladding on 50 x 50 battens on 9mm OSB sheathing. Cavity filled with rigid insulation and internally lined with 12.5mm plasterboard with skim finish. |
| Internal Partition | Manfactured in panels 2400mm high using ex 50 x 100mm studs at 600mm max centres. Partitions sound proofed where necessary. |
| Roof Components | A Composite glulam beam supporting T&G boarding covered with felt and concrete roof tiles. |
| External Joinery | High performance, factory finishing wiht 24mm Low E argon filled double glzed units. |
