Chassis
Laminated timber or stainless steal chassis.
Suspended Ground Floor
Floor frame construction comprising of 38 x 200mm c24 joists @ 400 centres, with 100mm rigid insulation and decked with 22mm thick moisture resistant chipboard.
External Walls
Manufactured in panels 2400mm high using 140mm 38mm c24 studs at 600mm max centres and clad with 150mm x 25mm Horizontal, interlocking and rebated feather edge boarding on 50 x 25 battens on a breathable membrane on 9mm OSB sheathing. Cavity filled with rigid insulation and can be internally lined with 12.5mm plasterboard with skim finish.
Internal Partition
Manufactured in panels 2400mm high using ex 50 x 100mm studs at 600mm max centres.
Roof Components
Pitch truss or mono pitch roof structure with a choice of various roof finishes.
External Joinery
High quality timber or aluminium doors and windows.
Kitchen units, sanitary ware to suit customers’ individual needs.
